There are a few Airbnb options available that are less expensive than the hotels. The conference can arrange for participants if information on these options is unavailable online.
The distance between New Amsterdam and the UGBC campus located at Tain, Corentyne, is approximately 27 km, or 17 miles. Travel time takes 30 to 45 minutes.

The distance between Corriverton and the UGBC Tain campus is approximately 50 km or 31 miles and travel time is 1 hour.

Letterkenny to Tain is approximately 4 km or 3 miles. Travel time is 10 - 15 minutes.

A shuttle service at no additional charge will be provided to and from the accommodation in New Amsterdam, Canje and Letterkenny to the conference venue.
